About Kim Jaquillard

One of the founders of Novare LLC, Kim Jaquillard holds a BS in accounting with a minor in computer science. She earned Certified Public Accountant designation in 1985 and spent her early career in New Orleans, where she performed internal audits for a private company and worked in multiple positions for a public accounting firm. During several years in financial administration roles with Waste Management, Inc., Kim Jaquillard advanced to the position of region controller for the Louisiana and Mississippi territory. In charge of a market that accounted for revenue of $500 million, she oversaw division and district controllers and prepared financial statements, business plans, and budgets.

While working as a private financial and business consultant in 2001, Kim Jaquillard established Novare in Madisonville, Louisiana. She serves as chief financial officer and leads the company in the provision of workers’ compensation insurance managed care services, including medical bill review, Medicare set-asides, medical case management, and utilization review. With the formation of Novare Texas LLC in 2005, Ms. Jaquillard extended the company’s business into the Texas workers’ compensation market.
